Houseparents, Full-Time - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person full-time Flex Houseparents on Milton Hershey School campus in Hershey, PA, living in on-campus student homes to supervise, mentor, and support a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with progression to a Placed Houseparent living and working with the same student home. Relocation assistance and paid training are provided, along with comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement) and paid time off.
