Houseparents, Full-Time - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Houseparents, Full-Time Flex Houseparents provide supervision, mentorship, and support for a group of 8–13 students in on-campus homes. Responsibilities include supervising daily routines, medications administration, transporting students to activities, planning and participating in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and managing household budgeting/reporting. The role is a two-person, live-in position for legally married couples (at least two years), with a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule, transitioning to a placed houseparent in the same student home. Requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and relocation to Hershey, PA; relocation assistance and paid training provided. Both spouses must complete individual employment applications for consideration.
