Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents for Milton Hershey School living in on-campus student homes with a group of ~8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, and may transition to a Placed Houseparent living in the same student home. Requires a two-year-married couple, both spouses age 27+, Hoch school diploma or GED, US driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus.
Required Qualifications
