Houseparents, Full-Time - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Provide daily supervision and mentorship while managing household routines and student schedules for a group of 8–13 students. Administer medications, ensure wellness, and drive students to activities while planning developmental and recreational engagements. Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel services. Oversee budgeting and household reporting. Operate on a schedule of nine consecutive duty days followed by three days off, transitioning eventually to a Placed Houseparent role with a specific student group. Both spouses must be legally married for at least two years, age 27 or older, and hold a valid U.S. driver's license. Salary is $44,768 per person with free housing and meals included.
