Houseparents, Full-Time - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Houseparents live on campus in student homes and serve as a two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent team responsible for supervising 8–13 students, providing daily mentorship, managing routines and medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. The role begins with a nine-days-on, three-days-off cycle and transitions to a placed Houseparent living with the same students. Requires two-person, married-couple applicants (both spouses age 27+, with at least a two-year marriage), and a high school diploma or GED. Valid driver's license and ability to drive student vans are required. The work environment is smoke-free and weapon-free.
