Houseparents, Full-Time - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person married couple will reside in on-campus student homes as Flex Houseparents, providing supervision, mentorship, and care for 8–13 students; duties include managing routines, administering medications, transporting students, planning activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting, and reporting; initial schedule is nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with potential transition to a Placed Houseparent living-and-working arrangement in the same student home; relocation benefits are provided; requirements include high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and both spouses must be legally married for at least two years and at least 27 years old; candidates must have experience with youth and be prepared for a structured, faith-based, campus environment.
