Houseparents, Full-Time - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents (married couple) are hired to reside in on-campus student homes at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, providing care, supervision, mentorship, and guidance for approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising daily routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and household reporting, and maintaining a structured family-like living environment. The role follows a schedule of nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with potential transition to a placed Houseparent role living and working with the same students. Compensation includes salary per person, comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, and paid training; eligibility requires experience with youth, valid driver’s license, and a two-year minimum marriage requirement for both spouses, age 27 or older, and compliance with campus safety policies.
