Houseparents, Full-Time - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Houseparents, Full-Time Flex role on Milton Hershey School campus in Hershey, PA. A two-person married couple will reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel, budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from nine days on / three days off to a placed houseparent assignment living with the same group of students. Qualifications require youth experience, being legally married for at least two years, both spouses aged 27+, up to three dependent children, a valid U.S. driver’s license with ability to become certified to drive student vans, high school diploma or GED, ability to lift 50 lbs, and adherence to campus conduct expectations (smoke-free, no alcohol).
