Job Summary
Houseparents (Full-Time) on a two-person, married-couple team reside in on-campus student homes in Hershey, PA, providing supervision, mentorship, and a structured family-like environment for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising daily routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions, and overseeing household budgeting and reporting. The role begins with a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule, with eventual placement in a settled student-home setting. Benefits include salary per person plus comprehensive medical/dental/vision, retirement savings, relocation assistance, paid time off, and on-duty meals and housing. Relocation to Hershey, PA is required. The position requires youth-facing experience, a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license with certification to drive student vans, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and comfort with Judeo-Christian chapel services; the role is a two-person, married-couple position for at least two years and requires both spouses to be age 27 or older.

- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol while on duty
