Job Summary
Two-person married couple needed as Full-Time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA. Responsibilities include supervising 8–13 students, administering medications, planning and leading activities, driving students to activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel attendance, budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning to a placed houseparent in a student home. The role requires both spouses to complete individual applications; relocation assistance is provided; benefits include comprehensive medical/dental/vision, HSAs/FSAs, life and disability coverage, retirement savings, PTO, and on-duty housing and meals.
