Job Summary
Married couples are hired to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents, residing in on-campus student homes to supervise and mentor about 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from nine consecutive days on duty with three days off to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same student group.
