Job Summary
Houseparents (two-person, married couple) live on-campus at Milton Hershey School to supervise and mentor a group of 8–13 students in a home setting, include daily routines, medication administration, transportation to activities, and leading devotions/Sunday Chapel; initial nine-days-on duty, followed by a placed homeassignment, with relocation to Hershey, PA and comprehensive benefits offered.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Two-person role for legally married couples
- Both spouses aged 27 or older
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus
- No alcohol on duty
- No more than three dependent children in home
- Desire to lead devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
