Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents role at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA. Couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide daily supervision, mentorship, and guidance for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. After an initial nine-on/three-off schedule, the role transitions to a Placed Houseparent living with the same group. Benefits include salary per person, comprehensive health and retirement benefits, relocation assistance, and paid time off. Both spouses must complete individual employment applications and meet criteria such as high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and age 27 or older.
