Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents live on-campus in student homes and provide care, supervision, guidance, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning to a placed houseparent role with the same group of students. Includes relocation to Hershey, PA, with nine days on duty followed by three days off, comprehensive benefits, and paid training. Requires experience with youth, a high school diploma or GED, married couples who are both at least 27 years old, and a valid U.S. driver's license. Relocation assistance is provided.

- U.S. driver’s license or ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
