Job Summary
Provide daily supervision and mentorship to groups of 8–13 students in on-campus student homes as part of a two-person Flex Houseparent team. Manage household routines, student schedules, and budgeting/reporting; administer medications; drive students to activities; plan and engage in developmental and recreational activities; lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel; initially cover multiple student homes on a nine-days-on, three-days-off cycle and progress to a placed Houseparent role living with the same group of students. Includes relocation to Hershey, PA, with comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Two-spouse, legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and accompanying them to Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel
