Houseparents, Full-Time - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person married couple role to reside in on-campus student homes as Full-Time Flex Houseparents, providing care, supervision, and support for a group of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel attendance, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Initially support multiple homes with a nine-on, three-off schedule, then transition to a Placed Houseparent living and working with the same group. Compensation includes $44,768 per person annually, plus comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license with ability to become certified to drive student vans, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Applicants must be legally married for at least two years, and both spouses must be 27 or older. On-campus, fully in-person work with no alcohol on duty and a smoke-free, weapon-free campus; role emphasizes Judeo-Christian devotional activities and Sunday Chapel attendance.
