Houseparents, Full-Time - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Houseparents (Full-Time) for a two-person, married-couple team living on Milton Hershey School grounds to supervise and nurture a group of 8–13 students in an on-campus home. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentorship, managing routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions, attending Sunday Chapel, and overseeing household budgeting and reporting. The role begins with a nine-on/three-off cycle, with eventual placement into a consistent home. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, willingness to lead devotions and Chapel services, and being legally married for at least two years with both spouses aged 27 or older. Experience working with youth is preferred.
