Houseparents, Full-Time - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Full-time Flex Houseparents on a college-style campus in Hershey, PA reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, supervision, mentorship, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role is a two-person, married-couple position with a working schedule of nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, and a transition to a Placed Houseparent living with the same group of students. Relocation assistance is provided as part of the compensation package; benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, disability options, retirement savings, PTO, and on-campus housing meals while on duty.
