Job Summary
Married couples live on-campus as Full-time Flex Houseparents, supervising 8–13 students, managing household routines, administering medications, driving to activities, leading devotions and chapel, budgeting and reporting, with a nine-day-on/three-day-off schedule and eventual placement as a dedicated houseparent; relocation to Hershey, PA is required with on-campus housing, comprehensive benefits, and relocation assistance.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. drivers license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel
