Job Summary
Houseparents, Full-Time Flex Houseparents for Milton Hershey School: a two-person, on-campus role where a married couple resides in a student home and provides daily supervision, mentorship, and care for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel attendance, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and following a nine-on/three-off schedule transitioning to a placed houseparent. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and both spouses must be legally married for at least two years and be 27 or older; relocation assistance is provided.

- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and accompanying them to Sunday Chapel
