Job Summary
Two-person, married-couple Full-Time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring a group of 8–13 students, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and managing household routines and reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living with the same group of students. Benefits include a salary of $44,768 per person (approx. $168,000 total per couple with housing and meals), comprehensive insurance, retirement savings, relocation assistance, paid time off, and paid training.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
Additional Requirements
- Must be legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
