Houseparents, Full-Time - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Flex Houseparents (two-person, married couple) live on campus at Milton Hershey School and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of 8–13 students in a home setting. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications and ensuring wellness, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel attendance, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. The role involves an initial nine days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement into a long-term home with the same students.
