Houseparents, Full-Time - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Houseparents: Two-person married couples will serve as Full-Time Flex Houseparents residing on-campus in Hershey, PA, providing daily supervision and mentorship to a group of approximately 8–13 students, including supervising household routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. The role begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent in the same student home. Qualifications include experience with youth, a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license and the ability to become certified to drive student vans, ability to lift up to 50 lbs., and comfort leading devotional activities.
