Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent role at Milton Hershey School. Couples reside in on-campus student homes to supervise 8–13 students, provide mentorship, manage household routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and oversee budgeting and household reporting. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living and working with the same group of students.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
Additional Requirements
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- ability to become certified to drive student home vans
