Houseparents, Full-Time - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Houseparents (Full-Time Flex) reside in on-campus student homes in Hershey, PA to provide daily supervision, mentorship, routines management, medical administration, transportation for activities, and engagement in developmental and spiritual activities for a group of 8–13 students. The role progresses from nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in a consistent student-home assignment. Applicants must be a legally married two-person couple, both aged 27+, possess a high school diploma or GED, have a valid U.S. driver’s license, be able to lift up to 50 lbs, and complete individual applications.
