Job Summary
Houseparents for Milton Hershey School: a full-time, two-person couple role residing in on-campus student homes to supervise and support 8–13 students, providing care, mentorship, and supervision. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing household routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and transitioning from a Flex Houseparent to a Placed Houseparent over time. Requires living on campus, nine days on duty followed by three days off, relocation assistance provided, and a comprehensive benefits package. Both spouses must apply individually and be legally married for at least two years, ages 27+, with a valid driver’s license and ability to drive student vans; high school diploma or GED required.
