Job Summary
Houseparents (Full-Time) for Milton Hershey School: a two-person, married-couple role living in on-campus student homes, providing supervision, mentorship, and care for 8–13 students; duties include managing routines, administering medications, transporting students, planning activities, leading devotions and chapel, budgeting, and reporting. Initially nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to the same home. Relocation to Hershey, PA; relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits offered. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and both spouses must be legally married for at least two years and be 27 or older.
