Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent role at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA supporting 8–13 students in on-campus homes. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing household routines, administering medications, driving and planning activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting, and adapting to a nine-on/three-off schedule with eventual placement in a single student home. Requires a legally married couple with at least two years of marriage, both spouses aged 27+, and readiness to relocate; includes relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-spouse two-year marriage requirement
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol while on duty
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and Sunday Chapel
