Job Summary
Houseparents needed for full-time, two-person, married-couple role living in on-campus student homes to supervise 8–13 students, provide mentorship, manage household routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, lead devotions and chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, with a nine-days-on/Nine-days-on duty cycle transitioning to a placed houseparent in a single student home; relocation to Hershey, PA required; includes comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance. Must be legally married for at least two years, both spouses age 27+, high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and willingness to live on campus in a family-like environment.
