Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent duo at Milton Hershey School mentoring and supervising a group of ~8–13 students in on-campus homes. Responsibilities include daily supervision, medication administration, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting. Schedule starts with nine days on, three off, with progression to a Placed Houseparent living in a student home. Benefits include salary per person around $44,768 plus comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance. Requires being legally married for at least two years, both spouses aged 27+, high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and adherence to a smoke- and alcohol-free campus policy; candidates must submit individual applications.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
