Job Summary
Houseparents (Full-Time) at Milton Hershey School reside in on-campus student homes, supervise and guide 8–13 students, administer medications, coordinate schedules, drive students to activities, lead daily devotions, and oversee budgeting and household reporting. The role begins with a nine-days-on, three-days-off cycle and transitions to a Placed Houseparent living arrangement with same student group. Relocation to Hershey, PA is provided, and benefits include comprehensive insurance, retirement, and paid time off. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a legally married couple at least 2 years; both spouses must apply separately. Salary is $44,768 per person (approximately $168,000 total per couple with benefits). Relocation assistance and paid training are provided.
Required Qualifications
