Job Summary
Two-person married couple role (Flex Houseparents) live in on-campus student homes at Milton Hershey School to care for 8–13 students, providing supervision, guidance, and support; responsibilities include supervising daily routines, managing schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel attendance, and overseeing household budgeting and reporting. The position starts with a nine-on/three-off schedule and progresses to a placed Houseparent role with continued on-site living and direct engagement with students. The role requires relocation to the Hershey, PA area, a high school diploma or GED, a valid US driver’s license with potential certification to drive student vans, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs; candidates must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses must be 27 or older.
