Job Summary
Houseparents, Full-Time Flex Houseparents reside on campus at Milton Hershey School to care for 8–13 students in a family-like home. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing household routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel attendance, budgeting and reporting, and transitioning from flexible duty to a fixed student-home assignment. The role requires a two-spouse, married-couple team, readiness to relocate to Hershey, PA, and a high school diploma or GED; both spouses must be at least 27, with a valid driver's license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to a safe, drug- and alcohol-free campus.
