Job Summary
Two-person married couple will reside in on-campus student homes in Hershey, PA, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and structured household care for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include managing household routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. The role begins with a nine-on, three-off schedule and transitions to a placed houseparent living with the same student group; relocation to Hershey, PA is required. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-spouse role must be married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and Sunday Chapel
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
