Houseparents, Full-Time - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Houseparents for Milton Hershey School are a two-person, fully on-campus, full-time role for legally married couples. The positions involve residing in student homes, supervising and mentoring 8–13 students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting, and transitioning to a placed houseparent with the same group of students. The role requires a couple to work a nine-on, three-off schedule initially, with eventual long-term placement in a single student home.
