Houseparents, Full-Time - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Houseparents (Full-Time) for Milton Hershey School are a two-person married-couple role residing in on-campus student homes to supervise and mentor 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing routines and schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel, and budgeting/household reporting. The work schedule initially features nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a placed houseparent role living with the same group of students.
