Job Summary
Two-person, married-couple Full-Time Flex Houseparents on campus at Milton Hershey School. Responsibilities include providing daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Schedule involves nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off; eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent role with same group of students. Relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits are provided.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus
