Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents reside on campus in student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel attendance, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and maintaining a structured, family-like environment. The role starts with a nine-on/three-off schedule and progresses to a placed houseparent living with the same group of students. This position is for married couples; both spouses must complete individual applications. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and comfort leading religious activities; couples must be married at least two years and both partners be 27 or older. Relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits are provided.

- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
