Job Summary
Houseparents for Milton Hershey School: Full-time Flex Houseparents living on-campus in Sherman, TX, to supervise and mentor groups of 8–13 students, manage household routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, lead devotions and Sunday Chapel, and oversee budgeting and reporting. Initial nine-days-on/three-days-off schedule, with potential transition to a placed houseparent role in the same student home. Includes relocation assistance, paid training, comprehensive benefits, and on-site housing/meals. Requires two-person married couple partnership, both spouses applying, and a valid U.S. driver’s license; high school diploma or GED required; ability to lift 50 lbs; commitment to a smoke- and weapon-free campus and adherence to campus policies.
Required Qualifications
