Job Summary
Two-person married-couple role as Full-Time Flex Houseparents at a residential program. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, provide daily supervision, mentorship, and care for 8–13 students, manage household routines and schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and participate in development and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, and transition from a rotating nine-days-on/three-days-off schedule to a fixed placed houseparent arrangement. relocation to Hershey, PA is provided, with comprehensive benefits and paid training.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Comfort leading students in devotions and chapel services
- Two-year marriage requirement for couples
- Both spouses age 27 or older
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus
- No more than three dependent children in home
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Experience with youth preferred
