Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents role on-campus to live with a group of 8–13 students, provide daily supervision, mentorship, and support; manage household routines and student schedules; administer medications; drive students to activities; plan and participate in developmental and recreational activities; lead daily devotions and chapel; oversee budgeting and reporting; initial nine-on/three-off cycle with eventual placement in a dedicated student home. Requires a legally married couple for at least two years, both spouses age 27+, high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a willingness to relocate to support student wellness and growth.
