Houseparents, Full-Time - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent roles at Milton Hershey School. The couple lives in on-campus student homes, provides daily supervision, mentorship, and care for 8–13 students, manages household routines, supervisors wellness (including medications), drives students to activities, plans and leads developmental and recreational activities, leads daily devotions, and accompanies students to Sunday Chapel. Duties include budgeting and household reporting; initial schedule is nine days on, three days off, with eventual transition to a placed Houseparent role. Requires high school diploma or GED, a two-year marriage minimum, both spouses aged 27+, ability to lift 50 lbs, valid US driver’s license, and commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus with limited dependents. Relocation assistance and paid training provided, along with comprehensive benefits and PTO; both spouses must complete individual employment applications for consideration.
