Two-person married-couple role serving as Full-Time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, living in on-campus student homes with 8–13 students; responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel, budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from initial nine-days-on/three-days-off duty to a placed houseparent in the same student home.
