Job Summary
Flex Houseparents provide daily supervision and mentorship to a group of 8–13 students in on-campus homes, manage household routines and student schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and engage in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and oversee budgeting and reporting. The role begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a placed houseparent living with the same group of students in their own home; relocation to Hershey, PA is required and relocation assistance and paid training are provided. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-spouse employment applications
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
