Job Summary
Houseparents, Full-Time Flex Houseparents: a two-person, married-couple role residing in on-campus student homes to supervise and care for 8–13 students, providing guidance, supervision, and support, with duties including daily supervision, routine management, medications administration, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in development and recreational activities, leading devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting, and transitioning to a placed houseparent over time. Located on a campus in Hershey, PA and positioned as a full-time opportunity with relocation assistance. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and experience/work with youth. Required Qualifications

- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and accompanying them to Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol permitted while on duty
- Proven integrity and professionalism; role modeled for students
