Houseparents, Full-Time - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents live on campus in student homes to supervise and mentor a group of approximately 8–13 students. They manage household routines and student schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and participate in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and household reporting, and transition from a nine-days-on/three-days-off cycle to the placed houseparent role with consistency in a single student home. This role requires a high school diploma or GED, experience with youth, a legally married couple for at least two years (both spouses at least 27), a valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and adherence to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus with no alcohol while on duty.
