Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent role on campus in Hershey, PA to supervise and mentor 8–13 students in a family-like home. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentoring, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in development and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel attendance, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning to a Placed Houseparent when assigned to a specific student home. Work schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off. Benefits include relocation assistance, paid training, and comprehensive health and retirement plans. Must be legally married for at least two years, both spouses age 27 or older, and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, and ability to become certified to drive student home vans. To apply, each spouse must complete an individual employment application.
