Job Summary
Houseparents provide care, supervision, and guidance for 8–13 students in on-campus homes. Two married spouses live in student homes, follow a rotating schedule (nine days on, three off), supervise daily routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, lead devotions, and oversee budgeting/reporting. Transition to a Placed Houseparent role with the same group. Salary per person is $46,917 with relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits; on-campus housing and meals provided during duty. Requires two-year-married couple, age 27+, high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and commitment to a smoke- and weapon-free campus. For consideration, both spouses must complete individual employment applications.
