Houseparents, Full-Time - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person married couples are sought as Full-time Flex Houseparents to reside in on-campus student homes at Milton Hershey School. The role involves supervising and mentoring groups of approximately 8–13 students, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living and working with the same group of students in their own home. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, being legally married for at least two years, both spouses aged 27 or older, a valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to become certified to drive student vans, the physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke- and weapon-free campus with restricted alcohol use on duty.
