Job Summary
Two-person married couple role as Full-Time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School. Couples reside on-campus in student homes and provide care, supervision, and guidance for a group of approximately 8–13 students, including administering medications, driving to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, daily devotions, and Chapel attendance. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with potential transition to a placed houseparent role in the same student home. Relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits are provided.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- ability to lift 50 lbs
